Deep techno played on Colin Dale abstract dance.

Starts off with a guy talking slowly, deep voice trying to put you to sleep or in a trance? As he does this he gives a countdown, when he reaches 0 the tune changes tack and I think that may be the last of the talking?

Not much to go on but if you have heard it you will know it 4 sure.
