Song id...1997/1998

I'm looking for this song for a few years now but still don't know
anything.

sample was ripped from Discoradio (Italy), i think it was in 1997 or 1998

somebody told me that it was DD Klein but I can't find the song
under that name.

Hope someone can help me with this !!

Besides that one i'm also looking for a song from around
