Jungle Techno ?

I think this has been requested before but not sure if ID'd ?

Tune from 1991-ish with lyrics:

"The J to the U to the N to the G to the L to the E - jungle techno"

also

"Shout going out to the posse" or summat like that

Weird thing is that (from memory ) it didn't sound junglish at all.....

Any ideas guys & gals ?

DOH!!! my m8 has just spoke to XTC and we have made a mistake in the ID department... it's not by XTC at all... its a white label called the green light ep... feck knows who its by though....soz Shooms
