Dark Progressive 94-95 tune I.D.

I am after a tune that used to get hammered in the dark techno room of Cream in late 94 early 95. It is a really dark progressive/techno type of tune with a rift that sounds similar to the Bucketheads - The Bomb (a car horn or air horn type of sound).
Been after this for ages but had no luck! Any ideas?

It's being a real bummer to try and ID this. I first thought it may of been some type of remix of the Bucket Heads but I have gone through all the different mixes of it.

Sister Bliss used to play it a lot and Paul Taylor played it a couple of time at Angels in 94. Very moody technoey/progressive tune with a rolling bassline that goes something like 'Na...Na...Na...Nerr...Na...Na...Na...Nerrrrrrrrrr rr...' repeated and then has that 'Parrp.....Parrp Parrp!' rift that sounds like a horn...

Proper doing my head it is but that the best explenation I can give.....
