I heard a record on one of my mates c d. It is an absolute belter i was wondering if anyone could reconize it. I am not really sure of the lyrics but it goes like this, its a little bit of this and a little bit of that remember the good and dont forget the bad. it is a top house tune and i love it. My will not tell me the name of it.

Couldnt possibly seperate the two!! Probably the most influential house tracks of all time!

The dance can be broken down into 5 parts.
