ID please

Hi guys,anyone help me with this one?

Starts with a man singing 1,2,3,4 over and over then
vocal (woman) everywhere I go,the things I see,every step I take to dance with me (sounds like that),when I look in the mirror to comb my hair,I feel me just a moving (sounds like morning)there.

I've probobly got these vocals wrong,I'm typing it as I listen to the tape but thats what it sounds like.

Any help appreciated.

isotonik:- everywhere i go on orange records i think or maybe ffrr. IMO not as good as their first which was called different strokes
