I´m quite sure the "technica" one is just the first minute of the "Color Dubbing" mix (B2 on Metroplex 2) with an orchestra/brass sample cut in 4 times right in the middle...

The gotta dance one is really rare indeed - chances coming across a copy today are very very small.
As for the "Farley Farley" track - it´s "Farley Funkin Keith - Jackin The Bass" on Farley´s own...

"I´ts House" is "Mirage Featuring Chip E. - Jack Trax EP / It´s House" on Gotta Dance Records (CHIP 001) that came out in 1985. It later saw a rerelease on DJ Int´l that featured different versions...
