Need help with this one. It's a shakedown track with a ska feel on a mix tape from 1989. It has somebody saying "Feel the music in your gut, get up, and shake your butt, get up...."

Can't ID this balearic track from a 1989 mix tape. It samples Tears for Fears - Shout and Donna Summer - Love To Love You Baby. Help much appreciated
