Potential Tech House Number

This is going to be a very vague description but i hope you guys can help me. The tune has a sample with words that sound like 'bridge the gap' or 'bridge the gate' I was pretty sure the tune was by Mark Henning but i can't seem to find it. Any help would be appreciated

Just been informed the words might actually be 'Instigate' really not much to go on i know...
