I not really sure as Im not real up on happy hardcore but the "oh no" bit and the piano is sampled from a mc sharky tune called oh no from 96-97 (ish) so I'd bet its a remix of that tune...

When she sings "u got to know how u make me feel" instantly makes me think of Capella - u got 2 know. Coz it sounds identical to singer.
