Hip House (1989, i think)

Hi all, bit of a longshot as i currently have no way of recording clips, but i was listening to an old tape over the weekend and there is a hip house track on there that i'd love to id. Basically, apart from the guy rapping, the main characteristic is the sampled female vocals that kick in throughout the track saying "can you, can you, can you feel it, feel it?" at one point, the rapper says "make it quick, now tell me can you feel it" (just before the female vocals kick in again).

I believe this is from 1988/89 as its mixed in with the likes of Roxanne Shante and others from that timeframe.

also noticed that some of the tracks on the tape were from 1991/92, so this may be older than 89
