I have a sneaking suspicion the "new drugs" unknown tune is a mix off this:

The video on the page has a mix using the "many eyes/and all free today" vocal sample which is featured in this mix as well and a synth similar to the one on this Fabio mixtape (although not quite the same). Just waiting for someone who owns this vinyl to confirm it for me.
