Just remembered a Techno Tune Laurent used to play that beefed up Lil Louis - Why U fall only about 7 years ago.
I know he played it at Space 200 Essential mix but when eventually found a link the inevitable artist unknown - "untitled" (white label) showed up - Doh

Any ideas?
