The first sample is taken from a dutch oldskool radio show called D.O.T.F.
and was played by Ricky The Dragon (stealth rec.)

The second sample is taken from an old Parkzicht tape
Could this be a remix of Blake Baxter ??
Second guess is Neon - Sexuality
Maybe some1 can confirm this ??

Actualy I've been looking for this myself for years.
It's definately not on the original Blake Baxter record
nor on that Neon remake and my parkzicht take only says:
"ooh ooh ooh"(typical).
