Hey folks, I know IDing samples isn't the main purpose of this forum, but I've asked a few times at WhoSampled and no-one seems to answer, so I'm hoping someone here might know instead.

I'm trying to ID the original source of the reggae toast that starts at 02:15 in Energy S's "Round One":

It sounds a bit like he's saying "Now this is the original raggamuffin sound for years and years and no tears… who goes there"

Part of the same toast ("who goes there") was used in Rebel MC's "Wickedest Sound", but there's no ID on the WhoSampled page for that track either.

I'm pretty sure Pete Tong used to use this as a stinger on his Essential Selection Friday night shows too, so I suspect it may be from a sample CD, but I haven't found it on any of the Simon Harris ones.

Please let me know if you've got any pointers – thanks in advance!
