Old Skool riff Nicked for new tune

The new tune that nicks it has the sample "Get a life you drug addicts" in it

what the name and artists of both tunes?

the new tune is phlash "frantic theme {get a life) (kumara re-rub)

i think thats what your talking about,its a tune from about year 2000.
its a hard house piano tune

it uses the piano riff from liberation - libertion 2
i bought the phlash tune a couple of years back (original version), it seems its only just got big.
its no match on liberation!!!
