12" of unknown label - maybe hamster records?

sorry but it seems my original posting has been moved so i try again (dont want to spam the board)

I have a 12" promo on vinyl but im not sure about the label is was released from.

It is called 'Oral-B 2nd EP' and tracks are

on A1 - On my way
on A2 - Does your mother know

on B1 - Spin me round
on B2 - Open your eyes

on the record label it says 'a well dodgy record' and the etching in the run out groove says '12TEST10A' / '12TEST10B'.
According to the Hamster Records catalouge system this E.P. uses the same catalouge system (cause of the '12xxx'). So I assume this might be a Hamser release but I am still not sure.

Anybody can confirm?
