I dont know what that is but the piano is a speeded up riff from a 1986 track by Raze called "Let The Music Move you".
Not much help, sorry, but a good trainspot!

Sounds to me like DJ Red Alert & Mike Slammer - In Effect (Slammin Vinyl)

This was from 93 though not 95

This is deffo a late 1992/ early 1993 track. I have it on some old tapes from that era, it was ripped off on loads of happy hardcore tracks like Red alert themselves later in 1994/1995 but this clip is the original.
The greatest mistake we make is to lose sight of the fact that now, at its basic form, is no different to the past, and that now is just another part of history for those who dwell after our bones are dust. Sirius:2004

It's not spectral I've checked it and it's the red alert & mike slammer track which was either late 92 or early 93

I think im gunna be better off agreeing with mike for once

Just after that sample theres more of a breakbeat sound to it. n i know mike specialises in breakbeat.

Even tho i'd would have thought this was a bit to happy hordcorey for u to kno mike!!!!

    See attached!

Cheers to people who's got involved in this one been after these for a while!

Can u confirm after hearing the second sample that this is the mike slammer track!

    Cheers

Yeah not often we agree on summat

It is 100% definitely red alert & mike slammer, as for it being too happy hardcore for me, I listened to hardcore up til about mid / late 94 when dougal started killing it off with all the stompy rubbish. I think yer tune here was early 1993
