Song from the 90s, recently remixed?

Help!

There was an instrumental song from the 90s that was recently remixed/sampled into a newer dance song.

I heard it in a public space so recorded a sample of it. The sample is open air quality so services like shazam won't pick it up.

Any guesses?

Its a Happy hardcore track from the days of Dune, Paul Elstak, Marusha, Charlie Lownoise & Mental Theo, RMB etc ... cant recall the name tho, but if ya start searching comps containg above artists ca the mid 90s ya will find it

Now to find if/when it was sampled in other songs. I remember the song being different, but it was such a long time ago, I might be 'mis-remembering'.
