Default 'Take me Higher... higher' Garage with piano

Heard a tune on an essex pirate today - was playing lots of early mid 90s garage etc.

This tune come on, it had a piano bit that played throughout the tune (Not the choruses, it was a riff played throughout) - three piano notes.
A woman saying 'Take me higher' - at the end she said it again, but this time 'higher' is repeated ie 'Take me higher.. higher... higher'...

It also had the same synth noise as 'Reese - The Heavens' (25 secs in, not the drum beat, and not the synth wash)
Sounded in the vein of 'When I fell N Luv' etc

Vague as fuck, I know, anyone know it?
