Default 89/90 number - sounds like Renegade Soundwave?

    Hi all

Was driving to work the other day thru Essex and tuned to a pirate playing oldskool.

A tune played which I will describe:
Had a breakbeat that sounded very much like 'Phantom (Its In There!)' by RSW (but less varied and slightly faster)

It had a female voice going 'aaaah' occasionally

It had (what sounded like a sax type sound, or a basic synth that emulates a sax-like sound) playing 5 notes, then again at a higher pitch. Riff has been recreated by me on a piano (listen)*

    * Im no musician, but if you recognise the tune, youll know it lol. Due to my lack of dexterity, riff is played slower than on tune I heard, and there was no gap between the notes

Tune sounded '89 to '91 no later IMO - for context, the pirate was playing Sweet Dreams, SUAD etc

    Can you help?

I would note as well, that it is not a direct loop of RSW, it is either:
    - A seperate drumbeat that sounds similar
    - Maybe samples the same source, assuming RSW ripped the break from somewhere
