Techno song from 90's or 00s

There was this techno song I heard that I think is from nineties but could be from 00s It had a bunch of weird samples and one was apparently this guy fighting some badguy with a robotic voice. At one point the robot voice guy says something like "face me now, or I'll scatter her body across this field!" I also remember it has the "SEGA" sample that Sega games have when it shows the logo at the beginning.

Sorry that is incorrect. I think the Sega sample was the only video game related sample though I could be wrong. It was the same genre I would say?
