This is from the tail end of the period referenced in this forum but I'll try
The artist and title referenced in this youtube are totally wrong--someone just jacked the track and threw it on a compilation.
The original is from 2000 or 2001 and is instrumental electroclash.
The embarrassing thing is I put it on a mix and lost the tracklist.
