Hi mate! Flatline is an awesome tune. Can you please let me know who the artist is?

I had a listen to Bsp.1 and you probably already know that it appears to be a 33rpm pressing played at 45rpm? I used some dodgy software to slow it down but it sounds kinda choppy, but still, not familiar with this one. Sorry!

yes...all old tapes I have from the past are played and recorded much faster as the normal speed ^^
I´´m searching it for such a long time and it´s unbelievable that nobody knows it
