    1 is Todd Terry Presents Sound Design - Bounce To The Beat

    Just that its from 1995 and your file is pitched up ruthlessly

    The first remix from Todd Terrys / Sound Design was in 1994 on G.O.D limeted Records.

    I recall this mix on a tdv mix tape pack (dark green and called mint or sonat)

    Sorry never did find out the track but would have been out around 97

    Track 2 is Vengaboys - The Vengabeat

    only on the CD Party album 1998

    but the vocals are no the same:

    get down to the vengabeat

    in the uploaded File , get down to the funky beat.
