2 Oldskool tunes wanted! any ideas??

2 shot edits taken from an oldskool mix heard over the weekend and can't seem to find out what the tracks are called, the first one must be called out of control 'or' outta control but no luck on searching for that one, the second tune sounds like last rhythm but unsure of which version this is......need a big help in finding these classics.......Thanks
