Long shot tune I.D.

Was on a random mix tape from around 91/92
Tape just had 'Hardcore Winter' written across the top.
Track was an acid/techno/trance sort of effort, which just had a dull voice repeating "overdose" over and over. I'd love to find the whole tape, but this track will do fine for now.
