Thanks for that "Magic's Back", I even thought the rave synth in the middle came from Virus 666, but indeed it's from this track.
About 19, it would have to be some kind of remix, because the original seems way different.
    Much appreciated for the help!

    70 Top Buzz 1992 Starlight.mp3 sounds like a version of "Project B12 - Let's Do It Again"

Spot on elimix! Happilly I also have that cd, maybe that's why the track sounded so familiar. I searched Next Plateau and Network catalogues, and no trace of that artist. Could be some obscure white label or even DJs scratching 2 records at the same time.
Just out of curiosity the cd "Trance Atlantic - The Wave Of The Future", that quote is from JFK (0:30 seconds), and was used by Quadrophonia and also Heavyweight (although they thought it was "The Way Of The Future"
John F Kennedy - Ich Bin Ein Berliner Speech - YouTube

also, the only credits for Project "B12 - Let's Do It Again" is "Chris King" and "Winston "Winnie" Williams" 2 members of http://www.discogs.com/artist/K.W.S.

    021:

I have an idea, but that's all I have. I pitched it down, and it revealed as a song that must be entitled "Jump To The Beat".
Since I know many dance/house songs with that title, I can assure you it's none of those I know.

However, there was one I could not verify:

"Bonnie - Jump To The Beat"

To my knowledge it's a Germany-only release, which came on Cocco Barbero Music Company in 1990.
This song is nowhere to find. It was on a compilation called "Grandmix In Paradise Vol. II." but it's become unavailable for download. I'll need someone who has this record in his collection to tell me whether it's that or not.
