92 tune Ta Ra Ra Boom De Ay

Trying to ID an oldskool hardcore track.
I think its from 92, typical tune but main vocal sample is a looped vocal chorus. Sounds like an old musical or something with many ppl singing at same time, going "Ta Ra Ra Boom De Ay" repeated.
