Hi guy's I have a query regarding he song at 40mins in this fantastic mix.You can slide it along to listen to the track in full after around 5minutes after you hit play..

Mix 011: Alfredo at Amnesia, Ibiza 1991

It's a balearic breakbeat track with james brown sample from
'hey hey i feel all right',with the samples gimmie these funky horns, and gimmie that funky bass ,and is a blinding track..

If no one knows it enjoy the mix,and i'm sure i know every other track on it in case anyone wants another track from it ided.
Sorry about not providing a clip in advance..

Hey everyone, glad your digging the mix.

I've got a few more tapes that I'm in the process of digitising. Got a cracking old hac mix from 88 that I might get up next.

Anyway, top stuff spotting all the tracks so quickly!
Track 3 has been bugging me for years and it's the one I heard Felix play a couple of months ago and forgot to ask what it was! Will have to pester for that..

19 is YBU - Soul magic
It's the Deep Vocal mix, you can hear it here.
YBU feat. Jonell : Soul Magic (Hans Grøttheim)

I'll let you know if I figure the missing tunes out.

    Take it easy

Thanks for making it available Mark

Have an Alfredo Pacha '91 set up on my mediafire account if you're interested... Alfredo @ Pacha, Ibiza, Late Summer '91.mp3 (Tracklist here) ..there are also a couple up on the Test Pressing site from '85 & '89.

Would love to hear the Hac '88 set! They seem to be quite rare... the only two I have are this Mike Pickering & this Graeme Park. You'll need to register if you want to access those though (along with loads of other Hacienda sets).

Cheers for the links Noel. downloading the Alfredo mix now and just about to check the hac mixes too.

I was too hasty with the excitement for my hac mixes. They're both 89 too not 88 as I thought.

I'm just checking to see if they've been upped anywhere before. One that I've been listening to quite a lot doesn't look like it has been so I'll upload that regardless. The second one goes a bit too hip house so I might skip it.

Spoke to a friend today that was a regular back then and used to have a fantastic collection of tapes and mixes going right back to day one, and she sheepishly confessed that she'd THROWN THEM!!

She realised now what she'd done, but ouch... that's gotta sting!

Anyway, I'll let you know when this new one goes up. Sorry I got the year wrong. Should slow down my enthusiasm a notch!

Ok.. first of the tapes is digitised.

Was just doing a quick search to see if I could find a tracklist or anything for it and it looks like this tape has already been uploaded a couple of times over the years.
    It's a Nude night from October 89.
I'm just trying to see if there are any copies still floating around online and whether I should bother uploading this one.

The next one is from 6.5.89 and I can't find a copy of that anywhere and the last one that I've found in this particular batch is from a bit later, from the reopening night in 1991 and again I haven't found a copy of that anywhere online.

Reckon it's worth upping the first again?
