Mike Cullen aka Judge Dred plays this on Dred 21 (2nd track)

If you can find him on Facebook he may be able to ID this tune for you mate

Dred was a local DJ and a legend for his hardcore/techno sets around East Anglia in the early 1990's (hailing from Lowestoft)
He was the East coast equivalent of Easygroove at the time and well respected!
