Hoping someone can help. I ripped this sample from a Paul van Dyk Casino 1999 set from YouTube (Paul van Dyk live, Casino Berlin, 17 12 1999 - YouTube)

If you'd prefer to use the YouTube clip over my sample it's from 58:04 - 59:08 (better quality than my sample - has more bass)

I know I've heard this before and it's been irritating me for a few months, as it pop into my head from time to time, and I can't think where from. Any assistance with a name would be much appreciated, as always.
