can anyone help me with this please??? its surely a german release with the vocals...

which in english translates to......
"Speech of the dead Christ from Weltgebaude down, that no god was"
this is taken from a poem or religious story, its def released between sep 1999 - april 2000 that im pretty sure of, here it is again
