91-92 tune (no clip..yet)

im trying to find a track from early 90s - i first thought it was a 1991 tune but skipping through a few 91 sets last night, it might actually be 92. if i find a clip later, i'll chuck it up - but maybe someone can play name that tune...lol.

the only way i can describe it was it sounded like a person(s) making strange warbling sounds - to re-create it - think of prodigys charly and then make the sound but change the pitch and volume up-and-down -- i know, not much to go on atm, hopefully i can find a set with it on.

nah, thats not it - the sounds the person make is more of a chaotic sounding lost person (?!?!). fair effort though.
