House track with a cat's miaow

Hi everyone!

Here is a 3 minute snippet i managed to record with my cell phone from a radio broadcast, of this track i'm searching for nearly a year.

It's a house/progressive tune and throughtout the whole song there's the sound of a cat miaowing.

I would be gratefull for any help.
