Breakbeat/hardcore tune - Forgot the name :-(

Hi Guys!

I am looking for a breakbeat/hardcore tune which has the following sample

"Stomp ya feet", after the ( a bit pitched up ) vocal ends a synth drops in going out of tune and after a few seconds or so the breakbeat drops back in. I have had this record in my collection just can't pace the name anymore...

it's a pretty (old) uptempo track

anyone? ( I know, it's a long shot )
