Wasn't yet able to check the third track of the Hell release, but thanks already for the clue. Ellery Cowles, otoh, doesn't seem to be that. Tried the other EP on Djax as well, but no luck.

hmmm. I suggested that record for a couple of reasons:

1) it sounds like DJ Skull, but it's not a DJ Skull record I own.

2) that Ellery Cowles record was co-produced by Skull, I used to own it, so figured that must be it.


Maybe it's not by either! It's bugging me though.
