1991 tune with "Harcore Will Never Die" Sample

Hi folks, lets see if you can keep up your 100% ID record for me.

In mid-late 1991 I received a mix tape containing Night of The Living E-Heads by the Hypnotist and Mentasm Remix by Phase 2. It also contained a track with a "Hardcore Will Never Die" sample but it is NOT Q BASS. THis tape really converted me from indie to techno and most of the tracks were very trippy/atmospheric, full of drums and 303 as you would expect. If you tell me the names of tracks with that sample I'm sure I'll get the ID. The Tape had "Mundo Musique" written on it but I dont think it was a Mundo Musique track.
