Think the vocal on the first one is Rosie Gains 'Closer Than Close' so it could be a mix of that.

would also like to id the last track which I have on part 2 of a TH Hot 97 mix from 2 August,1997.

wish the lyrics helped more but as a long shot I'd suggest it could be a timmy regisford production.
