Another Unfuckingbelievable around 91

Hope someone can help out with a tune from around 91 or earlier, It had a weird intro of a synth that sounded reveresd and that "unfuckingbelievable" samlple, then it dropped with a breakbeat with the same synth noise goin on again.

Sample1 from a 93ish tune I think uses the same weird reveresd synth noise

Sample2 is the "Unfuckingbelievable" geezer

After searchin for years I know its not The Nighttripper tune, Edge 2 or Yellow.

Don't think that other one is kev bird, pretty sure that tune has a breakbeat.
