Pre 2000 trance tune

Hi people.

Here's a tune from one of my mix *tapes* from over 10 years ago.

My missus found her old ghetto blaster and some tapes from back in the day, she was playing one of the tapes when I thought shit I forgot about that tune, I'm going to play that on the radio Friday night.

Wrong Can't remember what it's called, what it looks like and I've been through my collection twice looking. Any help would be greatfully recieved (I'm pretty sure the vocal is a sample from Music is the Answer).
