    i could be completely barking up the wrong tree, but it sounds typical of the sort of music used in miami vice...

    not sure of the actual track name but it is from the Score to the Stallone film COBRA
    PICKING UP THE PACE ONCE MORE, JUMP AROUND SKIP AROUND IF YA LIKE A LITTLE HARDCORE
