That's MC Creed and it's probably Gas Club from about 1994. Dominic Spreadlove ( Dominic SpreadLove | Facebook) used to play this tune so if you tap him up he might be able to help

Hey Hushmore, good call on the cd id, to be honest that would probably be the simpliest solution, was gona pursue every other avenue of investigation first though.

It's the first track that I can't get id'd.
