I don't know if this will help but, Top Buzz 91 ID 2 the Ragga Vocal(Don't be afraid of your freedom) in it, is in a track "The Soup Dragons Feat Junior Reid - I'm Free"
Maybe this might bring back a memory ??? Any bit of info can be helpful with these Top Buzz Unknown's.
