All I can remember is a woman sings 'Can you feel it' then a piano kicks in for about 5 seconds and then it says 'Oh yes I can'
If i remember correctly its quite a slow tune.

Might be the mix by Unknown and Temptation called "Feel It". There were about 4 or 5 mixes of it, some slow and some not so. Just type in "Uknown and Tempation" on Youtube. Oddly though the vinyl I have in my hands right now, the original, doesn't seem to be on Youtube, that was quite slow. You are just scraping in with 1993 though I think If it was the tune above then it may have been 1994.
