Pip a1 - the same vocals are used in L.C.G.C. 'I'll Take You There' (was a spring\summer '92 track I think?), not 100% sure if it's what's being used here though.

Listening back to the mix, she only plays the first 8 bars a couple of times, which are accapella. Soulution tune's then faded out and she plays some other progressive/trancey number.
