    The beat on this video 6 seconds in instantly sparked the " I aint heard that since 89 moment . WOW".
    What is it ?
    Not the vocal Quartz sample but the beat ...Could it be something along the lines of Gangstar ?

    The original beat is from this but yes I think it was sampled by Gang Starr
