Trippy trance gem from '92 w/ girl speaking weird language

This track is INCREDIBLE. It has acid sounds all over the place, a killer groove that rises and descends, and a mysterious sounding girl who speaks in a foreign language.

Well at least I know where that "life on mars" sample comes from now. I've never heard the actual track it came from before. The opening sample is used in mixes a lot more than the entire track is. Thanks!
