Anybody know the name of this track? The lines go

"Sandman walkin like a real drug dealer

I know that there's a fairly recent track done by Poundwork called 'Funky Dealer' that uses the same sample, but the track I'm looking for is from early as 1992 or POSSIBLY '91.
