Hi Folks

Anyone got any ID's for these two tracks please taken from Matt Bell's set at Zone Jenks Birthday, 1993? I'd love to ID these two in particular.

The first sample is only small, and apologies for the MC, it's being mixed I think, but is sounds very much like it samples Frank De Wulf's The Tape - very familiar sound - any ID help much appreciated as ever!
